Powering up mod

Allows for the apparatus to be inserted into the ship, allowing for lower moon prices. Also allows the apparatus to be plugged back in to the facility, stopping the facility meltdown timer if the mod is installed and powering the facility. Helps if certain moons just spawn an apparatus room with no apparatus plugged in to make the change useful.

Adds a use to the apparatus plus something new for the ship itself.

Possibly add a item buy able from store which gives weaker effects, giving a reason to use apparatus.
