Adds in a heart attack difficulty tweak aka RNG. 10% chance to get a heart attack (multiplayer: must be with someone) and a 13% chance to tremble in fear.
Upon entering the Fear/Shock state, your FOV & Speed will be temporaily increased with the addition of Chase/Scared Music. This Mod is configurable however the config file goes under Adrenaline!
