To begin with, find a way to track ing level so you could use it later to create and give the option of having crews that demand a certain level

Really any of these don't make sense, I have boss but am not at all good at the game, and the discord level is obviously stupid
I don't think a discord server tracking in game levels is even like legal

i just suggested something
because most of the times when i create public kids and new players burst in
so when the quota is like 900+ its harder to reach if they keep dying or being scared of the game

just look at steam accounts for their hours
much better way of determining how good someone is
or put "good players only" or smth in post
