Add a monster that can hypnotize you, but you can find a mask item that doesn't turn you into the mask skinwalker but instead disables the hypnotize monsters ability to hypnotize you.
(Basically you would be running from the hypnotize creature and you would risk putting on the mask to save your life from it, if you come across it while running)
If you get hypnotized, you will start walking towards the creature without control but if another player attacks it, it will switch it's target to the attacker.
P.s:
The mask would fall off if you take damage or after a time period to balance it, it also hinders your viewing already so i don't know if this is that important.
Looks:
- It could be an eyeball with tentacles as legs or it could have wings instead.
- It could also be a brain that rolls around on the floor and when it hypnotizes it releases hypno waves.
- It could be a worm that stands up, when it starts hypnotizing you.
