Not that I helped with that mod, but the way I'd go about it is attaching a raycast to each player that's active during gusty conditions; it always points 180 degrees opposite the direction of the gusts and, if the raycast collides with a solid surface/map mesh, then the player wouldn't move. Would probably want to give the raycast an angle as well to account of steep slopes/hills. Just my two cents. Totally understandable not wanting to rework on something after considering it "done good enough for the time being".

Preparing my moons project for a v80 repatch, that means all of the things I missed because I was a new modder at the time, prefabbing important stuff, making copies of materials and textures... So the jump does not make me want to kill myself basically

If I do that before v80 is out of the beta branch I'll hold the update until it is, since I do intend to add some of the new creatures to certain moons that I deem fitting (don't worry, I won't spam them in every moon)

Certain gimmicks on the moons might be missing or broken until JLL updates to V81 (hopefully very soon) but once it does you should be safe to play any of my moons without problems.

I'll be busy this week trying to patch my moons to V81 to get the new cool stuff that the update brought, after that a tiny rebalance patch may come bringing some of the new enemies where they fit, and in the meantime I'll continue with the big progression update after this break in the action of V80/81.

All moons

• All moons have been re-built on V80, thus making them not compatible with earlier versions.
• Changed entrance doors to have them animated, like in vanilla.
• Added some of the new types of navmesh (like water) so there's better interaction with newer content.
• Rebalanced moons, including some of the new enemies on moons where they'd fit.
• Added different fog colors for "Foggy" weather in moons that support it, like in vanilla.
• Optimized sounds and ambiance files for a couple of moons (made the file smaller, fixed loops...).
• Added new ambiance sounds to several moons.
• Added some misc stuff to some moons.

Ascension

• Changed the main entrance to be closer, making the way a bit shorter.
• Tweaked the elevator animation to start a bit faster going up and going down.
• Added a new fire exit.
• Tweaked the balance around these changes.

Taldor

• Made the interior slightly more tilted so it is more noticeable.

Lua

• Tweaked some NavMeshes so OldBirds would not get where they shouldn't.
• Rearranged landing zone to be a bit more cruiser friendly.
• Added a couple of containers around the surface to help avoid OldBirds when coming back from fire exits.

113-Kiln: Has steam pipes that act as outdoor damage hazards.

84-Ascension: Has a reverse apparatus. Inserting one into the empty lung device will give you a secret route code to 1-Lua.

30-Row: Has a mortar (similar to 234-Motra), and a fan that turns on at some point during the day to act as an outdoor hazard.
