It’s the prop set script that determines what’s enabled/disabled but if I understood correctly what Beanie is saying is those are disabled because they use tags to spawn in, probably through JLL. Like, if the moon is cold JLL will enable those objects. Now, there might be a way to have them all be enabled at first and then have JLL’s tag match disable the ones that don’t match instead of enabling the one that does.

It's not complete so it doesn't have a completely custom item, enemy, achievement etc in terms of fully functioning standalone ones but it does work to show all that you need from the mod
