also you can pair vanilla mineshaft with chameleon, makes it much better!
i currently have it as the same weight as mineshaft
so its basically a 50/50

It has a similar vibe to mineshaft but a very different way to be played, alongside some design choices unique to mineshaft
Works really nice as a mineshaft variant. Kind of like factory and storehouse
both have their upsides and are diverse enough to be used in tandem i think

@patent hinge There seems to be a bug with DeepCore Mines that makes that Vow bridges appear in other interiors and also not despawn when going back into orbit on clients
We just tested, this did not occur 100% of the time
we went to a moon and went into space and it despawned and did not re-appear
we additionally freecammed on the following moon and saw nothing
(we did this with bost host and client)
so its not 100% deepcore
its possible
but we need more testing
It would have to be Deepcore cus I never had this bug before
and it only happened on clients
I did a whole run of Conquer without it happening

Is the bridge spawned in any unique way or is it just baked into the tile? If it’s just a part of the tile I don’t know why it’d be persistent. Especially why host doesn’t see it unless there’s some weird jank going on with the bridge

How if it only happens for clients in Multi? It only makes logical sense to be from your interior nothing else that was added to my pack or updated would do this. I get you're on break and I get you don't wanna try and bug fix stuff rn but I haven't added or updated anything else that would touch those bridges Beanie. I don't wanna argue or create a debate over this 
If I knew why it happens I'd tell you, there weren't even any errors for clients
you cant just say "its totally this" when you dont know for sure
you do this all the time and then go and yell at some devs when its not even their fault
But I know when it happened I started getting some lag compounded on me as host despite not seeing them

the spawned prefab is spawned using a synced object, it is edited and unique

and it didnt return the next day
also, it doesnt make sense with it appearing at the dungeon root because bridges cannot spawn at the dungeon root
they spawn in 1 specific tile, that will never be intersecting with main
its likely a very deep issue
ill just remove the bridge entirely
but if it isnt fixed, then i dont know what to say

I'm fronting for the first time in a while and I apologize btw, I haven't meant to kinda come off as rude or anything I ran into several issues today including a bug with UsualScrap's Sanguine Capsule that caused some networking issues and stuff so my mood has been a bit burnt. The reason me and my alters do such minimal pack changes at a time is to make debugging like this easier so I can more easily inform devs when there is an issue going on. I am sorry it came off like I was just yelling at you without knowing for sure
its fine, as long as you recognize mistakes and work to fix them the world will always be a better place

It also didn't affect every single client some saw them and some didn't

no, because mineshaft got that due to scaling and balancing issues and i dont think deep core has the same problems
doesnt get synced to destroy in the clients end, so it gets reset to a normal bridge and persists

The generation of deepcore kinda makes it so that like, each scrap is more accessible than it would be in the Mineshaft, since its not spawning super deep in, its spawning a bit deep into each floor, which you can get around easily
Still i'll proly add up adding at least +2 to it since it doesnt have an Ap, since i balance all my stuff around Facility
Maybe +4 if its a bit tricky navigating between the floors

the reason this works is because zeekerss added an invisible box around the sapsucker that makes it unable to deal damage to you for like half a second
i dont know WHY he did that, it only makes this possible
and thats why this is labelled as cheese
it is still stupidly hard to do it though, especially actually in a serious run
and youre basically dead the moment you mess up the motion + the sapsucker gets faster the longer it chases someone
This doesn't mean you aren't an amazingly good player

I also run another mod to change the spawn chance based on interiors you’ve visited during your play session

ive partnered up a bit with fumo to help them with their Habitat interior. Its a really neat concept, and so I offered to improve some of the tiles for it.
Currently, Im doing a total revamp of the two habitat tiles for them. They will have a complete visual overhaul alongside some new variance and skyboxes.

The other thing I noticed with this interior is that the enemies, like the slime, have a weird stutter when trying to roam with this interior.
When it chases you, it's perfect, it's only when they roam

I have a small suspicion about pathfinding lag fix, but it's weird that it only happens on my modpack with this interior
the most probable thing is that if it keeps happening, I'll change the interior :,]

Yeah, sometimes enemies that are chasing you will move oppostie of where you are. With spiders it's very noticable
