So fellas I tried to resize the hud but it’s still not saving

is there anyway if you say add more pikmin it would be cool to only find this pikmin on this moon so vow has yellow and red and white but on rend you have a bulbmin red and purple. and for modded moons every run is random what pikmin spawn but a blue is more likely to spawn then purple
That would require a massive undertaking with spawn rates for the user under uhh

That one you can set them all manually, I'm not 100% sure if its compatible with lethalmin, but that would be your best bet
That being said, there's no sliders so you have to manually adjust the spawn rates yourself. and when some mods update, they reset config files
So what you want is possible, but I'm jus sayin, its possibly more work than its worth if you want to play the most updated lethalmin when it comes out

It prolly has to do with the way XL items work. The holders are not actual items but lethalmin registers them as items because they have a grabbable object script on them. The Actual Item prolly has a script that checks if both of these holders are held before allowing the item to be carried. So I might have to make special compatbility patches to get it working with lethalmin.
Yeah, when you get to that, make an extra bit to the script that says how many pikmin and item needs to say “multiply the other processes result by 2” for 2 people to carry, also can we make the gold bar 1000 weight manually (referencing golden vaulting table)
I just found out I tamed maskeds can still convert Pikmin into Puffmin (I'm gonna fix that in the next update)

Rhetorical answer: It's a giant what did you expect?
Technical answer: It has to do with the way the weight for enemies is calculated. The mod uses an enemies HP to determin it's weight. So because a giant prolly has a lot of HP, it has alot of weight.

An interior I’ve noticed some struggle with is the mineshaft vanilla interior and sometimes the storehouse modded interior
I reprogrammed the system for determine where to go for interiors with multiple floors to be more dynamic. Just in case there is an interior with an elevator, a compatibility for it can be easily added. (Before the system was just a bunch of bools)

Forgot to mention this, but I also made it so that if entities other than pikmin attempted to enter the elevator on floors 2 or 3 they will be warped out. This is to maintain the function of enemies not being able to enter the elevator on those floors.
I tested it and it seems like enemies do get stuck attempting to path into the elevator in the same way as the video. But in this case it's alot more noticeable because of the warping

If you ever add winged and rock Pikmin, I have an Idea:
Winged Pikmin: Can only be found outdoors in clear weather, and with a lower spawn chance. Winged Pikmin have faster movement speed while carrying an object when paired with only other winged Pikmin. They are the only Pikmin that make little to no noise when carrying items, in return they do not alert eyeless dogs.
Rock Pikmin: Rock Pikmin are a bit slower than the average Pikmin, but they do count as 2 Pikmin when carrying items. What really makes them usefull is that they do a shovel worth of damage when thrown at an enemy directly. Sadly, they can only be found on snowy moons such Rend, Titan, or Dine.
I still can't wait for this mod to get updated more, I'm loving every second of it.

That reminds me I need to make an option that makes it so the Selection UI is automatically hidden when no Pikmin are in the player's squad.
I've been playing LethalMin with WiderShip+2Stories and it's been working really well so far. Aside from Pikmin dropping items infront of the ship's door instead of inside of the ship. It seems like the issues stem from having both Wider Ship and 2 Stories regenerate the navmesh for the ship. I fixed that by disabling the GenerateNavMesh config on the WideShip mod and keeping it on for the 2 stories mod.
I've also tried the RV mod and it seems like Pikmin are unable to get off / on the RV, they can't stand on the second floor, but they can stand on the first floor.
I wonder why they can't stand on the second floor, I'd like to ask though, can enemies go upstairs to the second floor?
Prolly because there is no navmesh for the second floor.
They can't get on/off it prolly because they forgot to add a NavMeshLink, which allows AIs to get on to moveable NavMeshes like Elevators, and Cars
I had the same issue but its far worse (the wider ship config stopped it from landing)

You know what, fair. In reality I do want to implement Purple and White onions, just that I want to make it, so those onions only spawned on moons with high power levels.
But at the same time, I want to add more spawning options for Pikmin and Onions aside from just a multiplier. That and I was too lazy to Implement them as a config.
I will implement them when I get around to re coding the Onion Spawn system in 0.3.0

Me personally, i think 2story is ugly without wider
When I have both on, and have only 2 story generate the navmesh and not wide ship, it seems to work fine. However, when I tested with just wide ship the pikmin did seem to struggle pathing to the ship. I think it's mainly out of my hands, but I'll have to test it later to see if it has to do with the way I made Pikmin path to the ship.
The only issues I've had where that Pikmin tend to drop items outside of the ship than inside.
Might be mainly wider then bc when i have wider make the navmesh it breaks landing the ship (its broken anyway with my new pack but still)
Also last time i checked was prob around last month
So it might have to do with wider ship not generating the navmesh correctly, or it has to do with this function, which just gets the inside ship positions from the StartOfRound script. I'm not sure if Wider Ship does anything with the Inside Ship Positions though.

I've collided with onions flying off before by moving forward when it does the flying animation. I just throught it was a minor thing, didn't think players could actually fly off with them though.

looking at this just made me realize that I totally forgot to change the attack system for bulbmin, which is why they don't do any damage.
Also for the configs, you might want to leave out the attack animation frames, cause messing with it will probably make the timing and animation bug.
I've been playing with the Zeranos Moon mod and it is super interesting and I really like it, while at the same time it is super incompatible with LethalMin. But not because of the pathing this time, but because when I went on the elevator and the moon generated the floor, all of my pikmin that were with me just despawned. The mod is still in a very early phase so I'm not sure if I should look into from my end, but I will be adding compatibilities for it.

After playing around a bit, I think I know what the Zeranos Moon is doing. So, when the elevator is activated, it moves for a bit before generating the floor. When it does this, the moon sets back time, despawns all items (excluding the ones in the elevator) and entites, (including pikmin) and stops the elevator at the floor. So, what I need to do is to make it so that before the pikmin are despawned when the elevators generate a floor, it will saves the pikmin in the elevator/in the group temporarily, then respawn them when the elevator stops.
Pikmin also for some reason clip to the bottom of the elevator when it's moving.
Which is why when the elevator is moving the pikmin seem to just glitch in and out of existence, in reality, they are just being clipped in and out of the moving elevator while just staying at the bottom of the elevator shaft.
Maybe cause it has no nav mesh while moving, so it finds the closest nav mesh under it which is the floor.

There's a nav mesh at the bottom and when elevator teleports up they fall and can't find nav mesh

Updated ToDo List
While working on somthing else, I just realized the reason the game lags when using the onion is because a client rpc is being called every frame a pikmin is withdrawn. Despite the fact that it is intervalled, I only intervalled the animations and not the spawning. Intervaling the spawning should fix the lag though.

I think I already fixed this, by making Pikmin defult to the elevator if they can't find a path to an exit when pathing outside, but I haven't tested it yet.

yeah, onions are initalized by the Pikmin Manager when it spawns it in. The Onions are intended to be only spawned in by the Pikmin Manager and not by anything else, like when loading a game. The onion loading prolly happend because you might have added/removed mods which messed with the save file
In hindsight, I should have done something similar with Pikmin and just make the Onion pick a random type if it wasn't initialized by the Pikmin Manager script.

I managed to get the water wraith's 3D model and animation from Pikmin 2, Although the animations are a bit scuffed.
Make it so when he spawns his music plays glabally but only interior (idk how)
You can now switch between the water wraith's Pikmin 4 and 2 models
Maybe it could play the Submerged Castle theme for 1:42 seconds before spawning.
It would show its almost ready to spawn and for people to evacuate.
it would also make it more spooky

it lets players pester enemies, which is supposed to do 0 damage but make enemies act like they got hit, but i guess pikmin just die when hit in any way
ohhhh okay, so it's due to the way the Pikmin AI is programmed. You see, what I think the poltergiest mod is doing is it's calling the HitEnemy(damage: 0) function on the pestered enemy. Normally, when the damage is 0, nothing will happen aside from it playing the damage animaition. However, because the PikminAI script never accounts for there being a 0-damage input, the PikminAI script thinks the Pikmin is being hit with something that doesn't take 0 damage, and so it just kills the Pikmin.

hey so an error i noticed is that after deleting a save file and starting a new one, the pikmin onion data seemed to stay in the position and not shift with the old file, if that makes sense. so the new file had the old files onion data

And if you throw enough Purples, it becomes vulnerible to any Pikmin.
I also found a bug where if your about to get squashed and you jump, you jump onto the WaterWraith and just sit there.

We don’t have a lot of research on this creature. The thing looks like living water, connected to 2 stone cylinders. The creatures way of moving is rolling around on the rollers, squishing anything seen, even monsters! No Pikmin can touch it, so that makes running from it great. I have a feeling its body doesn’t exist in this dimension, making the thing not killable. Nothing is spared, so if you spot one, get out of there as fast as you can.
I’ve had an interesting issue where if someone has pikmin carrying an item from the facility to the ship, the item
looks invisible to other people once outside. If you whistle the pikmin it reappears though
Also, any plans for a carrying speed config? Trying to balance a bit more. And I set the item subtraction config to -2 but certain items are still one, like the airhorn
