consider this: use unity
including most of the lethal company assets by default is probably a really bad idea because you typically don't want to just have the assets of a paid game available for free somewhere
also lethallevelloader projects export as lethalbundles, not dlls
i fear this is gonna stay an idea for ever 
unity isnt as scary as you might think
and the thing you'd like is basically unity 🤷♂️ having a different thing for it would still require you to learn it
moons are not that hard, interiors dont seem to be too hard either (they just need more work in general, but that also depends on what you do with them - making a moon can be a day's work or a month lol)
