A high priced scrap that comes at a cost.

Scrap:
SCP-513, or alternatively named "A Cowbell" would be a scrap item that is worth in between 95 and 125 credits. It has no special qualities until picked up, causing the bell to ring. The player picking up the scrap can only hear it. The ringing effect causes the fear effect for approximately 3 seconds, and a message would appear on the bottom right, saying "If you hear it, he can touch you."

Enemy:
SCP-513-1, or alternatively named "Cowbell Demon," is an enemy that only spawns as soon as SCP-513 is picked up. It acts very similarly to the Ghost Girl, only appearing to the most recent player who picked up the bell. It appears randomly, usually out of the player's vision. It spawning is usually indicated by a directional bell sound effect. If a player sees it, they receive 10 damage every second, causing the fear effect for however long the player stares at it. At any point that it is seen, SCP-513-1 will sometimes attempt to leave the player's line of sight. SCP-513-1 can occasionally walk towards its target, contact with SCP-513-1 results in the same damage as looking at it.

Stats (and other stuff):

 - Rend: 5
 - Dine: 1
 - Titan: 3
- SCP-513 weighs around 11 lbs. 
- SCP-513 is considered conductive.
- SCP-513 is one-handed.
- Only one instance of SCP-513 can spawn. (if possible)

- SCP-513-1 despawns if SCP-513 is somehow destroyed.
- SCP-513-1 has 0 power, 0 spawn weight for all Moons, 1 max spawn and cannot be killed via regular means.
- SCP-513-1 cannot open doors.```

After much thinking, I actually think that there could be a potential bestiary entry, earned by simply picking up the cowbell.

writting a log because theres no freaking info about thjs thing!!! i picked up some bland bell and acidently made noise, made my head REALLY fuzzy, had to sit down for at least a minut or two. found a note inside the bell that says "If you see it, he can hear you, if you touch, he can see you." rest of it was scribbled out or somethin. when i got up, regrouped with des and rich, I SAW that WEIRD gUy BEHINd ME! lanky arms, big hands, very skinny, made my head feel way worse whjen i looked at him.

if you see the bell, dont hear it! else he will try to get u! atleast he's slow as a snail, but also dont see him as well!!! luckily he only showed up time to time but i have no IDEA if he's still haunting me after i sold that bell```
