Last I checked it was somewhere around 50MB.

Point being, you shouldn't need to upload huge profiles. Either make a modpack on Thunderstore or check what you're uplaoding (DLLs aren't huge unelss they are moons or levels, or you added mp4s for the TV, etc.)
