That's fair, it's not an overcomplicated way of showing it, sigurd isn't around at the time of coderebirths lore so we haven't done tape entries, the lore entries are done in a documented way, so you can find the documents around some areas of interest and it'll have pretty detailed lore about the creature
Plus tape entries kinda suck when the text gets super long and the documents look a lot better

I would like a combination I think. Some logs stay as the stationary, outside objects and others random scrap (kind of gives a little reason to explore the odd corners of the exterior).
