It really started to break because your dependency broke like half the mods 
I just woke up so haven't gotten around to it, it's purely just how vanilla calculates fall damage, the problem lies in you colliding with any surface while being held by the driftwood in the air and the game adding more "fall damage" if you get what I mean
My dependency is the same dependency LLL will use, if everything works as it should, it shouldn't cause problems :p

control company is abit unstable with my mod, you need to wait for the walking animation to start before u can take over the redwood bodies, I'm not 100% sure why but it's probably just an incompatibility thing
i was using control company to just spawn in redwoods not actually control them because i already had it installed at the time
odd, that shouldnt cause problems
seems like a case of unexplainable annoyances
all bugs reported should be fixed in this next update
except control company, thats a weird one to handle lol

- Potentially fixing problem with insta death with driftwood and player interactions.
- SHOULD fix driftwood targetting unkillable enemies because of course it did.
- Added more variant sounds for already existing sounds.
- Redwood fights old birds back again.
- Upped how easy it is for the driftwood to see you.
- Hitting the driftwood causes it to be much more aware of the player.
- Fixed a bug with being stunned.
- Fixed animation with slashes being stutter-y when enemy is running away.

i found a bug thats way too funny to fix, if a redwood dies directly after holding an enemy its going to eat, the enemy escapes at 1.5x the original size
so i just witnessed some really big old birds lmao
the eating animation includes enlargening the enemy by 1.5x and gradually reducing them thats why

its just a normal script too, any moon can change stuff like planet lightning, etc.
what im using rn is just cloning the ingame stormy weather, taking only the lightning and spawning it whenever i want, that way it doesnt "change" the weather

that is odd, they were spawning with lunxara's pack earlier today
it'd be a good spectacle in stormy weather
as it is seeing and hearing the thing rise on the horizon is enough

if you notice in logs too, if you're using a developer tool, when any of my enemys spawn it sends a log of their spawn weight
in that moon
zeus mode will come back during stormy weather... i like it

the effect might look cooler from a grounded distant perspective though, through fog and trees

as a player you just gotta sneak around and stay out of sight, i did buff how far it can look and how wide its eyes are but its not omniscient, you can also attack it while its eating, it doesnt fight back then
its eating animation takes fairly decent amount of time
oh also killing the redwood giant is very worth it, i recommend it (embrion might be a death sentence for it tbh so kind of an exploit for its heart)

You guys got like one error, and one I couldn't replicate, plus just because its not an NRE doesn't mean its not a bad error, also, our very first day we had to restart cuz the game bugged out and wouldnt start 😂

My mod doesn't cause any actual errors to be clear, the only problems were the mod data lib being used on a buggy save, and zeus being too loud :p

One bit of feedback I do have actually, I recall trying to run around the Driftwood but it kept doing the scream attack repeatedly which almost killed me (this was on artifice, I couldn't really run away from that position kinda)
I think a longer cooldown for that would be neat for balancing

Hmm yeah it's one of the attacks that it does kinda frequently, it basically has it so that if it encounters an enemy or player within x feet, it screams and deals damage in x - 20 distance, and when u leave the range or the enemy leaves the range, whether it's by like being thrown or running away, it screams again with the same logic, I could mess with the values here or do some more conditions but ye it could be a bit repetitive

at no point in the old bird entry does it mention any sort of biomechanical parts, and the model has nothing that looks biological on it
However adding an explosion effect (non-damaging) when it does so would be cool
this one's kinda impossible, i just like my animator enough to not overwork him and give him nice projects that arent always about the exact same creature
