Not really, but like for whatever reason it breaks the Cruiser delivery. It always drops at the same coordinates instead of wherever the item ship comes down for some reason. There's also a weird floating white line beside the ship that looks like a part of one of its debugging tools. I don't know why it's there.

Eitherway I used BagConfig a ton and generally most scrap is okay, and even if some bug out you can for the most part take them out and they'll fix themselves
I much rather prefer that and the bag reserve slot than having like 30 slots running across the screen
And if you want some semblance of balance there is another mod that lets items in the bag still contribute weight by a certain configurable amount (not much of one to use it but it's there)
