I should look into ways to make my moons free after the first time. For story reasons, not all would be free after going to it once, but going to a sister moon of it (and most other moons once you've gone there) would make it free.

For instance, Moon A could be costing credits to go to, but when you're on Moon B which neighbours it, Moon A would be free.

Hyve may genuinely be one of my utmost favourites, even outside of its funny elements.

I think it's genuinely well-designed that each edge of the map has a fire exit (plus the main entrance) so that there's no part of it that ever feels like dead weight.

One tape I haven't seen yet is Acidir's.

I'm guessing it will be a Cunningham one like Etern's.

The girl is a non-issue unless a bracken or coilhead is nearby and you have to look behind you, jesters give you time to escape, for dogs you just go quiet... But giants, beside praying the moon has LoS-cover and you have a zap gun, inhalant or flashbang, you're screwed.

Old Birds also don't see you if you crouch while they are hovering in the air, so they're less annoying too.

On my end I had another issue recently. I could no longer access any moon of Wesley's from the terminal, except Galetry. It was like my progress had been negated.
On a save, I was orbiting Calist and could go on it just fine, but that's it.
Only mod I could think of is SolidLib, used as dependency for Soul Devourer.

The one moon which lore I can't quite link to any other is Thalasso's.

It's pretty cryptic and seems to have happened long, long, looong ago.

Nearly everything supernatural comes from Junic or Acidir, with Gloom being moreso a "man vs. nature" horror story taken to the extreme, but Thalasso is kinda... There.

I wonder if the log writer's need for "friends" can be linked to the other lore tidbits.

A wild theory I had is that it's the dawn of "the seed must grow", but the Overseer as a whole seems more tied to Desolation/Cosmocos than Thalasso (not counting Hyx since he didn't come from it, just turned it into what it is now).

@granite lily (Sorry for Pingu) is it fine to ask how Thalasso's lore relates to the rest? (IF it does).

Yeah theres only facility appy, but i mean you can grab one on any moon and it will work
