Filitrios is one of my picks too! The toy store can be dangerous and the moon is likely cold, but it isn't desolate like some others and the fox seems to have gone extinct after it indirectly caused the toy store to fail, so it's a good choice.
Other choices for me would be Alcatras (plenty of food, a warm climate, just need to stir clear from the prison) and Atlantica (assuming food is affected by the time shenanigans, otherwise no).
