Some other easter eggs that I've done that you could use is Obunga since that's in the game files. I have that somewhere on a moon, not the actual enemy version but you could put the enemy in a room or just line the walls with the picture. Another is the little purple guy hidden in a corner in one of the opening cutscenes. I've made that a scrap and put that on a moon. And last is there's a goofy cat picture in the files that displays instead of the hand icon when you hover over the entrance on the debug testing level. That's framed on a desk in CabIn (or RNG can place it there).
