They aren't normal moons, they are expert moons
with no custom assets you can get moon files very small

wesley's moons are like the most bandaged mod i've ever seen, i genuinely dont know how you're allowed to post a moon with that many error spams 😂, every moon has a unique feature- with its own unique errors in the console if you havent noticed before

Especially since we were trying to use what was left of AC which meant i had to send him the files directly lol
No doubt it's somewhere there, but it was definitely odd loading in and talking about being on different moons
I'll just convert what i had for that into LethalQuantities and i should be all good, hopefully.
I think this is an issue with the current version of LLL and LE moons. Use either LLLFixed or ALL to resolve this. With ALL you're gonna have to use AC to change moon prices. If you want to change moon prices with LethalQuantities use LLLFixed.

How does Cosmocos compare to Ganimedes in terms of value for the price + difficulty?
I want to price Cosmocos to be the very last stop in my modpack, but if its less valuable than Ganimedes in terms of scrap I'd want to rebalance them

I think Cosmocos is slightly lower tiered overall. Stats wise at least. Less inside and outside enemy power. Little less scrap amount. Smaller map size. However the level itself is harder I'd say

Haven't looked at balance of enemy and scrap rarity. I'd recommend you load them once with LethalQuantitites and then look at the presets.json in the web gui. Probably the easiest way to compare.
These might be old values. I'm not sure LQ updates the defaults and this was generated 1-2 weeks back.

the rest is me testing that its all working and looking for optimisation gains and etc. 15 different moons like this is a good oppertunity to stress test the workflow in general. I also need to account for edgecases. this isn't a fault of wesley its just nature of development but some moons have slightly off development quirks that i need to manually find and fix

90% of them are things wesley just wasn't aware of because as a community we still don't have super strong documentation + theres things lethal expansion silently fixes at runtime if it finds its broken so theres some stuff wesley just wasn't told was problematic because it works ingame

The mods going so low in filesize is great, not just for the fact that they’re not even done so they’ll continue getting smaller individually, but Batby also mentioned earlier that some of the moons share assets, so they will actually get even smaller overall in the bundle mod because you don’t need 15 copies of the same asset in one package
It makes it a true “buy in bulk for less price overall” deal!

Has anyone else had issues with the walkways you can topple over on Infernis and Atlantica, for our group they would not sync with the rest of the players, and so everyone would have to do it individually to be able to cross it.

also yeah cosmocos is way too confusing for its own good. the gimmick is cool but i would personally make the cliffs more obvious and make the main entrance pretty clear, but keep the fire exits confusing

the flowers are takin forever to show up for me on Cosmocos for some reason
nothing really tells you to follow the flowers, and i've sometimes seen the flowers just not show up
In a dark environment I'd expect the players to follow what emits light (as I've seen many players do), especially when it looks like a trail
Like light is used in most games but a bit more obvious in this case
If they don't show up at all then it probably bugged out and everything should be open as a failsafe

What would you say your "Heaviest Moons" are. I do not really want to split up the Wesley pack. However, I am making a "Light" moons pack for shattered company.
My goal is to have less resource-intensive moons that players with lower-end PC's can play with, and moons that do not have a high Asset Bundle load time/Level loading time.

Heavy: Acidir, Polarus, Cosmocos, Oldred

My tip is to wait like a week until LLL adds its own scrap, but for now just model em and think of what you want them to do (ofc you'll need to code those features if its more than just looks)

Actually, that was a good point. A friend of mine when we both went to Cosmocos also fell off a cliff and I also crashed (I was hosting). I'm vouching for it to not only be less confusing, but I think the game crashes when someone falls off those cliffs. You should check on that.
As of now, the only way for me to find my way to the main entrance and fire exits on Cosmocos is to fly via jetpack (this is how I managed to find that floating apparatus multiple times).

Nope, I also prefer to avoid them, sometimes I used those mods and my girlfriend and a friend's performance worsened.
But when I uninstall them, the game works fine again. 👍
On the other hand, I prefer to avoid having many mods, my friends don't have good internet and when they have to install a new code, it takes some 20 minutes. XD
if you want just give me your pack code, when i get home i'll see how i can improve it and then you can just tell me if some mods you don't want
