A very rare weather type, this mod would potentially add a new weather, some new scrap, and one shop item
I'm thinking something like a weather with the dangers of eclipsed (not in the way that more monsters spawn and earlier), super rare, but super rewarding.
When you enter a meteor'd weather, every now and again, random big rocks filled with minerals fly down at high velocities onto the ground, crashing and causing an instant death area for a few seconds, but after all the smoke clears up you realise there's some minerals inside the meteor, this is where the shop item comes in, the pickaxe, you get to mine the minerals! (Duh)
The minerals could be a range of different ones each with their own rarity depending on how much work you would want to put on it, the dangers of this weather isn't just the outside monsters, it's the fact that you can get hit, die by the aftermath, AND attract monsters like dogs by the sound of digging the minerals!
It feels like the potential for this is endless, you could have it so that there's a chance some monsters use the meteor as a habitat and so on, I hope someone can pick this up and make something great out of it ;p
