A Lock you can buy from the store that lets you place the Lock on the Jester Box to prevent it from comming out of the box for a configurable duration, basicly you buy this lock, you place it on the Jester you see and it will give you and your team a longer delay before the Jester can open for attacks.

Could be that the Jester is unaware and plays its Jingle only to find out it cannot open and then tries to take the lock off ( playing the Jingle for a 2nd time ) and then after the struggle it plays the Jingle for a 3rd time and manages to finally come out to start attacking unless ofc players place another lock on it.

Bonus points if you can put the lock on a door to prevent enemies from opening it, while you can still push E on the lock to pop it open without needing a key as that would be kinda lame

i think there's a mod that allows you to lock doors, that makes him not able to pass through, but i get thats not what you want

but for now i think its the only solution

I think the idea is open and shut, it's a latch you can slap on doors or the jester, purchased from the terminal

Could use it to back a Bracken into a dead end and lock him in (at least temporarily, the lock might just extend the lifetime of door opening)

Just needs a 3D model, a lil locking animation for when you attach it to doors, and code for it all

why not simply be able to lock it with a random key?
