I created a mod and uploaded it with the wrong manifest. How can I remove this from Thunderstore? I dont want it to beconfused with my other mod.

you can deprecate a mod by going to it on thunderstore and clicking manage in the top right.

Removing or deprecating a specific version isnt supported though
