i dont inherintly mind a ton of logs, totally get it i've def. done my fair share. just in the context when it's logging stuff in a list that could possibly be condensed like the example above if possible 🤝
Already was planned for 1.1.0. I went over all logs and decided if I should keep it or rewrite it to make it smaller etc.

if they do, then you have a baseline as to where you can focus
just diable all your mod in your profile then start with only AC (and dependency) and test if it work, and gradually toggle on mod to see who is conflicting

remember for every complainer there's prob like hundreds of silent enjoyers out there. From watching this thread I feel like 50% of complainers are immediately converted by explaining to them that AC has it's own (objectively better imo) slot system. The rest literally don't want to understand or don't want to put in the 'effort' to set things up.
Also I'm pretty sure reserved slots kind of work already. There's some jank to it obviously but compared to other incompatibilities it's not even that big of a deal imo
edit: I also doubt this move will improve popularity. You're on page 1 rated now. With the release of v50 there's gonna be an influx of old and new players. Tackling the single most popular mod that's been around for a while is just inherently very hard and requires a lot of time because that's how people are. We here in this server love to tinker with mods - most players don't. They just continue with their old setup and maybe add stuff on top. Most don't even care or notice when all sorts of stuff breaks.
probably an emote mod breaking AC's animations. You can uninstall the emote mod (more or better emotes) or activate animation compatibility mode in AdvancedCompany Settings

max power is the max "allocated space" for alive monster, probability i (i suppose) just so its more likely so they spawn at every spawn moment
so u could have 100 max power but with zero probabilites nobody will spawn
so i assume with a big enough number, every time the game will try to spawn enemies it will succeed and allocate all power it can
and if we imagine those enemies dies, space will be free for the next spawn which will again certainly occur
i changed all power 3 to 2 enemies
if they had power 3 before
Very Haunted Mode nerfs the players alot

the game chooses how many enemies to spawn by evaluating a number along a curve based on time of day (monster spawns get more frequent later in the day)

then it adds/subtracts a random number between negative spawn deviation and positive spawn deviation, clamps it between 0 and 20, and spawns that many enemies. this happens every 2 hours in-game
if you increase the probability value it will make spawn waves more extreme (either very very small or very very large)

also as an example, experimentation has a nighttime spawn deviation of 3 and has -3 or less on the nighttime spawn curve until about 4:30 or 5

meaning even if every spawn wave rolls +3 on the spawn deviation, nighttime creatures cant appear at all until the spawn curve generates a -2 or higher

You've got a lot of configs that have no mods tied to them... 5 APIs... 3 of which I don't even know (however, the third one I "don't know"... LC_API?... I swear I've heard that before... I thought it was bad?).... I give up o- o ..... 🤷♂️ as far as I can tell, teleporting should function. ... maybe RealBackroomsPatch? ... Maybe the teleportation causes "damage" somehow?...

You have to nuke them yourself
deleting a mod doesn't delete the config if it's a config created upon the game's startup - because they'll get shoved into the config folder and not their own plugin folder
ease of convenience for editing, pain in the ass if deleting. Helps to look at a mod you're deleting - go to the config editor, delete the config first - then delete the mod out of the modlist

@split mist I checked Inacraft as well and it had some unoptimized cosmetics, removing Absas and Inacraft paired with removing MoreCompany has really improved performance and load times for the game
I cannot tell you why, but I have quite the disdain for LC_API. Something must've urked me in the past with it

Currently, in the list @rocky granite has, the only thing LC_API is touching is "GoAwayModList". Very trivial of a mod to sacrifice

so if you dont want the mod list pop-up, and none of your mods are dependent on LC_API, you should just uninstall LC_API
it still move and kill (often happen with the thumpers), when slapped with the hit that should had killed it, it drops item (as the mod does) but we can't interact with them, and it keeps on dropping items without dying

StarlancerAIFix allows internal enemies to work outside, but then there's LethalEscape which makes the internal enemies work outside too... dunno if they conflict in some way. One allows entities to go through the doors, the other just fixes the AI.

Mirage is just synced up to all players and if there’s a masked enemy, it will only play the voice lines captured from the player it’s copied

@eternal ivy found a comment you made before where you said to disable OnlyOneLight in FlashlightFix when pairing it with AC, I just disabled that maybe it'll fix some of the weirdness I've had by pairing them together, I just keep it for the stuff AC doesn't include at this point

There was only one issue with the darkness on the first moon you landed on when you load up a new game. I couldn't figure out which mod it was.

That's really great to hear! I'll look around and see if there's a way for me to force shadows down because that was the best thing I did for performance but since dropping HDlethal I haven't really seen anything that's working to decrease shadowmaps 😛 Thanks for letting me know man!

Only time I experienced that issue was when I tried using General Improvements config to automatically select Online. Turned it off and it stopped being a problem
Go into config, general inprovements, skip start screen and set it to false
On another note, Performance enhancer has stopped showing it's menu for me and the fps counter is gone. However, I still see it loading and initializing in the log, anybody else experienced that?

Well, the fps drops are when you are on the new planets, when you enter the dungeons and they are large, when you have many objects on the ship.

Some dungeons are much heavier, scarlets especially. Also might be bcause what enemies might of spawned, some eat more than others - noticed the Shockdrones when I've spammed them they can cause some FPS so probs will reduce them a little.
Some scraps have shadowcasting with no way to remove it :< Why I wanna drop shadowmaps so badly for people.
