A channel/forum specifically for people to post mod ideas so that other people can claim them. People would react to show support for ideas they think are interesting/novel/useful and other users could claim ideas to work on. Duplicate suggestions would be removed or combined together with existing suggestions.

Could be more visible, could be its own dedicated channel, could have stuff in place to prevent duplicates, could have stuff in place to indicate a mod is in development or already exists...

The other server has a mod requests forum channel, I think it could be a good spot for people to go instead of posting them in #dev-general
