Change server links in #frequent-questions

The bepinex/thunderstore servers have been fairly overrun with people asking completely unrelated game-specific questions. I'm worried the current suggestion to join the bepinex server to report bepinex bugs could make it worse, since most people don't really understand the origin of a problem. If they see an error in the console, they sometimes assume it's just a problem with bepinex

IMO this should either be reworded to be very explicit, something like:
"If you have a problem that you're ABSOLUTELY SURE is from bepinex and not a specific mod..."
or just removed
