make all ball caps forward and back adjustable

what i mean by this post is the ability to make it so we can just flip our hats back and front so if the sun is shining and you wanna look sly flip it backwards but if its raining then you can just flip the hat on your head forward facing so you have rain protection

• If anyone has better wording for the tittle i will change it
