Network Error Occurred (0x0001000F)

Steam authorization failed (0x00010004) upon trying to press reconnect.

I've tried every fix i could find through google, as well as all suggestions in the pinned "Network/Steam auth/Anti-cheat error" thread.

I'm not sure what else to do from here. Absolutely nothing is working for me.

Any help at all would be fantastic, maybe I've overlooked something simple?

Connecting via my phones hotspot works perfectly fine, and switching back to my wifi networks/ethernet causes an RTC connection failed.
