Game quality deteriorates when flashlight is on

Game quality deteriorates when flashlight is on looking pixelated with black striping round the edges of things. FPS the whole time is fine no stuttering during day and night with flash light of everything looks fine. not sure if its always been this was as iv had to swap to 5070 temporarily due to fault GPU. setting where all set to epic chnaged them to high as per auto benchmarking still the same.

Its the DLSS upscaling, Use DLAA you will lose frames, but that will be gone.

That has helped. Still get the black striping down the edges of things only when the flash light is off. even with dlss dlAA off
