#FSR NVG artifacting

NVGs have artifacting issues when using certain levels of FSR on AMD cards:

I have seen this issue on 0.3.3 as well.

Apollogies, I'm really stupid, forgot I switched off the beta yesterday. Retested, issue is actually in 0.3.3 and 0.3.4, at least me taking the same actions shown gives the same results.

Specifically on Quality and Balanced settings, Performance and Ultra Performance do not show the same results.
