Having had this happen several times to me in 0.2, I can say this isn't fun when people grief like this.
While there's no way to report players from other factions doing this in game, you absolutely should do in game for those in your faction, and generate a request via the website too.
Beyond that, I would love to see being able to apply a steel toed boot to the door and break it down, sending whoever is on the otherside sprawling. Sadly kicking the door has no effect right now though.
