it won't let me grab the pennywort to remove it out of the tank and the notifs that it's rooted wrong keeping appearing

I think maybe you just snipped off a leaf and it floated to the top, they arent movable but should dissapear in a bit.
If it is a whole big clipping try a bunch of different angles to pick it up, the hit box thing can be weird with stuff at the surface or near glass lol
