I try to log in and says you have lost your online con tho check your home network you will not be able to access fc online features until you can reconnect to Ea servers

I have tried everything spent all night watching I don't know what to do

if it was a mistake in the store or the free yamal potm card earlier this year it gets fixed striaght away but havent been able to play for close to a day
