have you updated things like windows/mac, graphics, directx many drivers like sound, bluetooth and so on.
try loading the game without discord, other programs in background check the task manager for anything spiking like antivirus program.

game repair if the game files corrupt this shopuldn't force system restart.

I have updated windows and I'm sure I have the resources to run it it ran fine earlier I tried running without any other app
I have a bunch of error messages on event manager if u can help
