for the love of god how have you not nerfed this formation the entire year its literally the only foration you see these idiots use because its nothing but sit behind ai defending and throughball pass to a winger to then pass across the box to score, even the "pros" use nothing but this dumpster formation, Im willing to bet my entire fu***** club that 80% of the community is using this trash with the exact same tactics and they all think they are good when in reality in the first few months if you used this and tried to rely on ai you would be smoked but youve done nothing but buff ai defense while your intentionally making manual defending worse, I cant remeber the last time someones used the tackle button on me to get the ball but I can tell you 500 times a game im thrown 8 yards from where im standing and im supposed to just accept that the foul is clean because bruiser plus appeared, who cares that they never intended on playing the ball they just do wwe wrestling moves on my players and get rewarded. Genuinely whoever is buffing ai defense and nerfing manaul tackles needs to be fired from their positions.

in defense of this formation, its the only one that actually does anything in the entire game. its like they only coded for this one and thats it. I have literally tried to use every formation iun the game and you cant do anything with any of them besides 4411

It's not the formation mate, last year the 4213 was OP because how CDMs behaved without the ball, this year every single formation with 3CMs or 2CMs and a CAM does exactly the same + RM/LM automatically track back as well, They have made this game so AI infested on defense it's insane, people run 4411 and 451 Mostly because CMs support on attack as well, not just on defense like last year, They have to Hammer AI defending for this game to work properly and reward manual defending alot more, They won't do it though and will most likely take all the proper feedback we have rn and use it as a promotion for next year, it will be great for a month until the 1st patch drops, it will take us back to FC25 yet again, ignore the 💩 out of the community and focus on FC28, this game is only directed into one thing which is, how can they force people to spend as much as possible for store packs and that's it, they don't care about anything' else, hopefully GTA will kill this game next year.

They have proved that they literally give 0 crap about anything the community wants and they don't want a fair game because a fair/rewarding game = less FC points consumed since good players will always feel they need no actual upgrades for the team and bad players will also feel no matter how much they spend, they will just be bad.

They have to partially handicap people so they would feel they are good but just need that store pack boost / slight team upgrade

Just use your brain instead of blindly blaming a formation, why would anyone bother using a different formation from the 4411, 451?
No other formation offers you any options since the attacking AI is crap and literally not a single player behaves the way they should no matter what their roles are
No one wants to be disadvanged by this shttty tactics system that made this game miles worse

You can't stack up wins or even do basic things if you play other formations mostly, even with these two, you have to player lock or direct.run players info space since not a single moron in this game knows how to move

People would actually test and play different formations if the AI defending wasn't as strong and if attacking AI or even your midfielders would occupy a mile worth of space in front of them.

Every year people say the same thing about a certain formation and completely ignore the fact that the main reason this happens is since the introduction of Hypermotion they have killed any creative movement with the ball in general

@hit 4321 433 4213 442 352 4222 plenty of formations are viable and playable 41212 4312 reality is the community that ea sucks up to is the idiots who cant use a formation unless the ai plays for them, the issue is that these 4411 idiots will run from box to box not swapping off their cam and holding r1 and when they do that the defensive ai takes over

none of the formations you listed are viable maybe the 442. i have used all of them and players dont move or behave like footballers. Even when you change player roles tactics etc all of the other formations outside of 4411 or 442 juts ignore everything. Its as if they only tested and coded those 2 formations and forgot about the rest

Mate, lets be honest 442 is the best one out of them, 4213 a bit too but you mostly lose depth in the attack since CMs move slightly better this year, Any formation other than that you are extremely handicapped, wingers this year are essential because you can't break people down in the middle unless it's a counter attack and the dude has to have a curser over a defender's head so the ball doesn't get intercepted by the AI who is mostly shoulder to shoulder with your striker.
Back to the same point, formations aren't the problem, you're somehow forced into using them to have any sort of hope of any actual movement on the pitch, They need to literally remove every single patch they've added to this game and just revert it to day one, if they had any actual intention of fixing the game, that was their easiest option but they even refused to do so because these morons can't admit they f***d up

EA this year have proved that they're just beyond incompetent, even saying they're incompetent is an extreme understatement. 🤡

The idiots couldn't keep a single thing they promised from the announce trailer 3 months into the game.

And continued their traditional "we'll make patches to change stuff that no one asked for and pretend it's people's feedback that ruined the game, not us, we're just listening to the community"
