FC 26 PC CUSTOM GRAPHIC SETTINGS NOT SAVING

So I am playing FC 26 on PC and have tweaked my graphics settings to 'custom.' I have done this is the main menu of the game, UT, during UT games etc. and have applied and restarted several times. Once I reload the game my settings will adjust to the "High Preset" EVERYTIME.

I tried running the game folder as an administrator, I verified the integrity of the files, made sure no in-game overlays are on. Even when doing this I notice two major bugs:

1. The custom presets I made for graphical settings remain what I applied in the main menu and in the UT menu but then suddenly revert to the "high preset" in a UT game
2. WIERDEST OF THEM ALL: I then try to adjust my graphic settings in the main menu, and then when I toggle back and forth between the settings tabs the game resets all my graphical settings back on High.

I have no idea how to fix this. Please help

it's known bug from day one. You can only use the presets or auto setting.

@sterile python If you have NVIDIA gpu you need to change the settings in the nvidia app. Your pc is overriding the game. Anytime nvidia updates it also reverts to default settings

Thanks for responding. Geforce Experience does not allow me to make custom changes, only their optimized ones. I am talking about making changes within FC 26 on PC (going into the game settings and changing the graphic settings like Render Resolution, Grass, Crowd etc.). You cannot change those through Geforce Experience
