NERF AI DEFENDING ALREADY STOP LICKING THE CASUALS AND GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT HAVE SOME SHAME

im tired of ai defending being so good atleast nerf it a little but do something its not fair we actually have some skill but some random who plays the game once per month just controlls 1 player and defends all my attacks come on man just nerf it already

It’s harder to score against an opponent who puts down his controller

Because the AI is so overpowered

Combine that with terrible servers and u have an absolute sham of a game

In good gameplay (overnight or early morning) it’s marginally better but when was the last time Game Center’s were updated? Or new ones made? Nothing right

my experience is completely opposite, i always switch near the ball, otherwise opponent just runs through afk defenders, they don't tackle/block and do all sorts of ragebait if i don't control manually

i don't even trust them in collective pressing because you can zone your opponent right into Rb-ai defender but he will stay afk instead of just taking the ball on a silver platter

They won't bruv, it's the only stupid feature that makes the game 100x worse than it already is

they know it

they think if they keep this 0 effort defending system + Make Bruiser crazy broken as it is right now, they would keep the majority of store-pack grinders

There's literally no skill-gap in this game because of this AI defending crap

Switching near the ball and (probably) just spamming a bruiser tackle while the ai perfectly tracked every single run your team can make is not manual defending

Year after year they remove something of skill gap to welcome casuals but casuals just hop from game to game and fans of football games are left with this crap

It doesn't always work, but not like im an expert. Also it is not ai defending. Ai can make like 2-3 good inerceptions or tackles in the beginning of match, but most of the time its actions are too passive to a ridiculous extent

well the funny thing is, the game currently is all about abusing a broken mechanic

I swear, the day they balance how the stupid defense works, game will be much better.

You can deal with almost everything except for a game where defense is so broken that it literally does everything for people

and even when someone decides to put a damn curser on a player, he just spams X from behind, stumbling your attacker over and winning the ball

that's why everyone rn is running with bruiser+ on every single player in defense.

Every person with braincells wants that

They have been asked to do so for months on every platform

But they just released a random patch at the start of the year pretending it's an actual "AI defending tweak" and claimed they'd monitor the situation and just called it a day.

It hasn't changed a thing, it's either they don't want to patch it or they don't know how, this is how incompetent their gameplay dev. team is.

and now with the players we have in the game rn, it's just stupidly broken.

And the annoying thing about it is they’ll make a new sub channel and ask for problems that people are facing . Yet we still complain about the same issues

Right stick switching/ L1 player switch feels like the game purposely trynna let me make a mistake when it doesn’t switch to the actual person i want

Yeah, manual defending in this game is all over the place.
barely defending, spamming X with Bruiser is the way to go in this game rn.
That's mainly why this game is so linear on attack as well.
You have no space to work with the ball, so mostly people throw the ball to LM/RM and work their way into the box over and over again cuz any play through the middle won't work.

The defending system and playstyles

made this game awful

And now it's almost confirmed that we'll get even more playstyles next year as if we don't have enough and the game is dead because of it

They have proved that they don't care about the community this year, they will continue doing so every year.

Lets see what they will lie about in their trailer in a couple of months

Gta6 will be out nobody is gonna play next year the sweats can have a sweat off while the rest of us enjoy a proper game

They don't have it on attackers when you have the ball.

When you lose it they have it on everyone defensively though.
