FC 26 Proposal: Revolutionary UI & Dynamic In-Match Performance Tracking
Subject: Enhancing Player Immersion through Real-Time Analytics, Dynamic HUD, and Tactical AI Feedback.
- Dynamic Performance HUD (Real-Time Ratings)
We propose a shift from static player bars to a Live Performance Indicator that reflects a player's actual contribution during the match.
Real-Time Performance Rating: The player name/power bar should display a live rating (out of 10) that fluctuates based on successful actions (key passes, tackles, interceptions) or errors.
Visual Cue: A small green "up" arrow or red "down" arrow next to the rating to indicate momentum.
"In the Zone" (Heat Streak) Mechanic: If a player completes 3-4 consecutive successful actions, a subtle "glow" or aura should appear around their HUD bar. This signifies they are "In the Zone," providing a temporary minor boost to their PlayStyles+ effectiveness.
Dynamic Mistake Logic: Players with a rating below 5.0 should exhibit increased "panic" under pressure, leading to a higher probability of misplaced passes or poor touches. This forces the user to make strategic substitutions. - Advanced In-Match Analytics (The "Quick-Look" Overlay)
To maintain the flow of the game without pausing, we suggest a Single-Button Statistical Overlay (e.g., mapped to the D-Pad).
Instant Player Stats: A transparent corner overlay showing the selected player’s:
Expected Goals (xG) contribution.
Distance Covered (Sprint vs. Jogging ratio).
Live Heatmap: Indicating where the player has been most active in the current half.
Fatigue & Injury Risk Indicators: Visual "hot zones" on the stamina bar that flash when a player is at high risk of a muscle injury due to over-exertion.
