I've mostly played Ultimate Team, Rivals mode over the past several months and this glitch amazes me, tbf.
A game completes, I'm waiting for the result popup with coin reward etc. But that never happens. My game gets stuck on the endless reel of fans leaving the stadium. This happens every 5th or 10th game (haven't conducted a detailed count)
Guys, I think you receive a lot of complaints regarding gameplay issues, but expecting your game result not to be wiped by such a frequent glitch is quite a basic standard, no? I also understand that network issues happen, for some regions more than for others, but retry policy and/or async result submission are fairly junior-to-mid level competencies. Is there really no one that could've handled it over dozens of patches this game installs quite frequently? Or does it not affect your primary user base in EU and North America, so you can live with it (I'm playing in Central Asia) ?
I'm genuinely quite surprised. How can such a massive game have such low standard for result persistence in a flagship game mode?
