A player has just shown me a 7and4 record, in today's cup however he was place into to the 12 play GAMES lower tournament due to disconnecting matches
He only completed 11 entries so should be allowed in the top one 😬

If someone quit at 0-0 even in the 1st minute, it counts as played. I reached 7-5 and i got 12 games played at 6-4.

I have a similar problem, but in the opposite direction.
I met the requirements to qualify for the cup, but I didn’t receive the qualification, even though I completed the qualification task and received the rewards. It’s likely that the matches I lost due to disconnections weren’t counted.
But there’s an important clarification here! My record in the event was 7-5, with 3 losses due to disconnections, and 9 matches were shown as played. The task was counted after some time, after which I played one more match that didn’t count toward the total, meaning the number of matches played remained at 9.
