Since the latest patch, my team mate has gotten stuck on a black screen after substitution finishes twice. No matter what they do, their screen stays black until they leave the game. They can still see the arrows above players heads move about the field and maybe an outline of a player occasionally but the screen is black.
Others in the team can see the field and play normally once the substitution finishes. While their screen is black, their character is still on the pitch and receives their controller inputs and seemingly plays like usual but the game is not being rendered on their screen. There's no sound either, only a black screen with arrows.
Similar bug exists in UT where the screen is black but that one resolves itself when the ball goes out of play.
