Improve Career Mode and Clubs (maybe an open world)
Delete playstyles and bring back traits
Actually listen to the community
Innovate instead of recycling the same game every year
Bring back "The journey"
Optimize PC performance (better FPS, fewer stutters, smoother gameplay)
If they don't do this people will just keep quitting
