"Hey EA team,Love the improvements in FC 26 Career Mode, but the loan system still feels really broken and unrealistic.When a loaned player barely plays (like 5-10 mins per game or none at all), the only option is to instantly recall him. In real life, managers contact the loan club to demand more playing time or threaten to recall – it would be awesome to have a "Contact loan club" option (e.g. send a message/email in-game to ask for more minutes, with a chance they improve it or you can recall later if not).
Especially frustrating when I loan a high-rated player (83 OVR) to a club in the SAME league, where he's clearly the best at his position in their squad, yet the AI benches him completely. No logic, no injuries excuse, just bad AI decisions. This kills youth development and realism.
Please add better loan management tools: minimum appearance clauses, negotiation for PT, or at least smarter AI usage of loaned players.Thanks for listening – keep up the good work on Career Mode! "
