I think the best way to balance this is to only have cb be able to do this… we can’t play a game where every tackle is based on shoulder to shoulder that’s not even clean, it’s utter straight foul and abuse

Thats nice and all but if you played the best games in the franchise like 13 or 17 use to be way more manual then it is now and ive played both so saying how bruiser is perfect when its the most assisted thing ever and saying technical needs nerfed when its the one way to dribble around ai nowadays is crazy to me.

I agree with a lot of points from other subs but come on man, bruiser has no counter. It’s not that it shouldn’t be in the game; the problem is when you come against players that don’t switch, put team press, double r1 and offside trap then get the ball and run down the wing and cheese cut back goal isn’t exactly football. Meanwhile you can’t play football against them because you can’t get close as you just get outmuscled all the time regardless of what strength or playstyle you have. It defeats the fundamentals of trying to play football because of the fear of constantly getting abused with no foul given by the ref.

By bruiser not being effective it would go back to having to time tackles and positioning which in return would open up the space for passes because players would have to think twice than just spam x

With bruiser and Ai being strong currently they don’t have to switch, they just wait for you to come to them and spam x

That’s not the football I remember playing. I want to play football with fouls being given based on mistakes

I didnt actually complain too much since tech dribbling was crazy in the beginning and i agreed with slowing it down at the time since jockey wasnt good enough for it to be balanced but now with how much ai got shadow buffed tech is literally needed unless your a vegetable who spams through balls all game and has no build up

Majority of the players spam through and take their cdm behind their CB, everything was perfect on the first patch but rtfm started crying majority started crying Because they can't do tech anymore

I didnt completely agree with nick by any means but the nerf to tech literally made it so usuing sprint dribble was impossible. I enjoy using tech but I wont do fidget spin in circles back and forth but the stae of the game isnt cause of him or majority of players. AI was literally shadow buffed somehow even though they claim always that they didnt touch anything outside of patches. games dont magically just break. The only thing that needed fixing was Kickoffs, corners, a slight nerf to tech, a jockey buff, and maybe slightly better attacking ai and then for me it would be perfect

Exactly it's end of March that means they don't care about gameplay anymore, they are now focusing on how to grab more money in upcoming promos, they won't improve gameplay now wait till fc 27 to see improvements in gameplay ( which they won't)

EA Sports have not qualified employees for this kind of job because they all are underpaid indians and EA knows it. They give their employees one job to do but its resulting in far more errors than fixes. Also one major mistake was that they listend to casuals that left the game early anyway. They should only ask pros and elite players because those are the ones that spent the most time in this game. With the recent patch they also killed the passing bc rats complained too much about beeing outplayed from tikki and incisive but look at the state of the game now almost every second pass will get intercepted. At least 7 out of 11 players have intercept + in almost every team. They killed the silver star evos not letting us enjoy evolving players that would be too expensive at the market but released a broken R9 for everyone for free.
