Looking for long term players. Recruiting positions of LAM/RAM, CDM, CB, & FB. We are also looking to fill in a back up ST role as well.
Our Style/Philosophy:
- Formations of 4231, 41212, or 352
- Tiki Taka is first, emphasis on us controlling and keeping the ball, frustrating oppositions out of position. We rarely cross, players are expected to excel in off ball movement to create openings for passes central or teammates showing as options.
- Understand the importance of a game plan, but to be tactical and adapt mid game if needed.
- Wing/AMs Opportunist
We are not a "cross and pray" team, the best off the ball movement creators thrive in these positions, often creating our biggest score lines or hindering our entire attack. Considered the first defenders & attackers in our team. Positionally sound while communicating with strong and weakside, to support against counter attacks against us. - DMs Metronomes
Overall anchors of the team, controlling space defensively is #1 priority. In double pivot, both cannot step up and leave gaps, in defense, protect the CBs guarding space, force passes to safer areas to control. - FB Anchors
In Possession: Offer safe outlet, passing lane, and switch option. We do not overlap unless 100% safe, otherwise never vacate space in behind for counters. Responsibility is to protect inverted runs, delay counters for DMs to secure spacing, and offer passing route for our creative players.

Requirements:
- NA Only
- Team is 21+
- Available to play during scheduled times (Usually Weekdays for us 7pm est and on)
- Mic is required and to use it for us
- Must be able to adapt to playstyle thus taking on feedback given by team
