hello there. i am a every few years purchaser. because i usually want to have a notably different experience each time i commit to purchasing. that being said. i purchased this year's game and obviously very much enjoy it. it is always fun to play. however, can i please make a few requests for the better enjoyment of the whole.
Career mode: (i prefer manager, but these probably apply to player as well).
- purge national team players that are on teams not featured in the game (or auto assign them to made up clubs to not be FA's at start
- make youth development much harder
- change the fall off age or set it up to where a player doesn't just die at 33. yes a great deal of pros are done or on the way down around that age but the stud nuggets, even validated by your own ratings are still epic well past 33. and lets be real that is getting much more common. there could be a stat involved in that or the ability to upgrade a medical/fitness facilities to help keep older players sharper.
- facility levels: thigns like upgrading seat capacity to boost rev. med facilities, fitness facilities, youth facilities, etc etc. doesn't have to be crazy but can be just another barometer to implement difficulty without making it to where going against Newcastle i get stomped 20-1
- Keep in a reserve pool the kits and badges of teams from prior seasons that are relegated off the game. every year you have x number of teams in the major countries fall off the game and that is of course expected but keep them in badge only and implement a pseudo promotion relegation carousel for the lowest given division in those big 5 nations at least. would be very easy and you don't have to keep there squad etc etc.
- you don't have to have the national team license to still have players from the missing teams countries to still get international calls in career mode. you have national flags at least put the team existing in the text etc of career mode. no kit or team badge is required.
