this happen especially with pc players. every update it either fixed or happen again. eg : current update, its happening, next update, its fixed, then got another update, it happen again. pls make it fixed asap. this never happen with fc24&fc25

Lock your frames to your monitor, then in game if you can and I know it makes zero sense, put the refresh rate to 60hz and then put fps to unlimited, make sure vsync is off and fast responsive gameplay

The only thing working for me is strand based hair off, but this is not normal. This did not happen in any previous FC game.
