ULTIMATE TEAM
The goal of ultimate team should be representing every person's ultimate team. So the players could be:
-From the club a person is a fan of;
-The current ultimate team (Mbappe, Vinicius,...);
-The ideal ultimate team (Maldini, R9,...)
So we need balance between players and evos (fan ut).
They should manage the players they have better because the value of something is also given by its exclusivity and if they release 10 versions for one player they are devaluing the player. So what we should have is max 2 versions of a player (excluding totw, toty, tots and motm).
SEASON
-A season every 4 weeks until the end of TOTS (Half June) with 2 exceptions:
--1) A season from half June to half August (FUTTIES, 8 weeks)
--2) A season until the end of the game's life
-Every season of the first 3 seasons (Oct-Nov-Dec) they should release a bunch of 25 icons and 10 heroes in packs with remaining Icons and Heroes available at launch (We have about 130 icons and 100 heroes in total, so at launch there will be in-game about 50 icons and 70 heroes);
-At the launch of the game and every season they should release a bunch of 20 icons and 20 heroes in OBJs (+ EVOs) and SBCs (Thursday).
PLAY - MODES
We are football fans so the modes should be inspired to what real football have: leagues, domestic and international cups.
12 MODES
-Every mode (except rush and friendlies) should have the single player version where we can choose to face people's team or real clubs (except draft)
-Modes should be balanced like this: a casual mode (divisions), a competitive mode (points based system) and a middle ground between the two (tournaments) + extras.
A) LEAGUES:
-Seasonal;
-Repeatable (to reward people based on how much they play);
-Points deduction (2 quits free, then 3rd quit -1; 4th -2; 5th -3...) to avoid people quitting like crazy to get rewards;
