I feel that showdown cards are something that EA could value so much, in fact the Araujo vs Elanga and Fabian Ruiz vs Malo Gusto are great examples of showdown cards, and in my opinion, the only year when EA truly recognized the power of these cards was in FIFA 22, lots of great SBCs came from there, I still remember Darmian, Muriel, Weghorst, McKennie, Ryan Kent, Origi, and my opinion is that EA should not fear putting big cards in SBCs like this if the card is well priced, until this week the only decent card that came out in a Showdown SBC is Pepe only cuz it was first week, EA should not fear making too strong Showdown cards, they should level down the power curve of the evos,this year they went out of hand, evos should give cover up players next to our superstar packed from packs our bought from the market, not overpowered free Gullit that clears
