I've pre ordered EA FC26 with coolblue BE, recieved the code, activated the code but it's not working.. Already contacted EA helpdesk but they said there was nothing they could do. The only thing I could do is create a discussion on the ea forum, which I did, and hope for an update that fixes this bug. Many updates later, still no fix. It looks like EA doesn't care about this bug.
Honestley I've given up on the bonus, but I'd like to know if there ar more players that have this issue
