Hi EA team,
I have a suggestion that could really improve the Pro Clubs experience.
Right now, when a player on the bench wants to join the match, the game has to be paused. This often breaks the flow of the game and sometimes even causes bugs. It would be much better if players could join the match without forcing a pause for everyone.
A possible system could work like this:
A bench player requests to enter the match.
The match continues normally without pausing.
The player’s game loads in the background.
As soon as the ball goes out of play, the player is automatically brought into the match.
This would keep the match flow much smoother and avoid unnecessary interruptions. It would also allow teams to manage substitutions more naturally instead of relying on a single pause.
Another feature that would help a lot is a reconnection system:
If a player disconnects due to internet issues, they should have one chance to reconnect.
The match continues normally without pausing.
When their game finishes loading, their player returns to the field and the control transfers back to them after a few seconds.
These changes would make Pro Clubs feel much more fluid and modern.
