I am experiencing a serious gameplay speed issue on PC.

The game runs in slow motion offline (Kick Off / Squad Battles).

Even so, FPS drops still occur in the next game or the second half.

I had this issue when I had 60fps, turning it to 45 fixed it (I have rtx3050ti)
